Masher

Cast iron masher with wrought or mallable iron handle. Looks similar to the spinach press in the book "Forgotten Household Crafts" by John Seymour. Handle has hook near head possibly to hook on side of bowl or pan. Head is 2-3/4" diam. Handle about 8". This piece is a bit rusty but could cleanup. Shows signs of having been nickle plated.
