All wool blankets are the order of the night in any frontier situation. While Hudson's Bay and Whitney blankets have been in continuous supply since the beginning of the industrial revolution, they are quite expensive and we have not found a wholesale source for these blankets. We are constantly on the lookout for 100% wool blankets that we can sell to you at a reasonable price. Plain colored all wool blankets that we have found can be had for the low price of $15. Some may have slight discolorations, minor tears, and a few moth holes. Still these are excellent for camp blankets, children's capotes, or that first attempt to cut and sew your own capote. We do occasionally find a Hudson's Bay, Whitney or other striped blanket to sell at higher but reasonable prices.
